the Most common problem of LDPE zipper bag

Abstract:The surface of the bag is not smooth ,delamination,fold,These problem occured frequently in the production process .Our article aims at these problems and gives corresponding methods to them.

Common Problem:
1.the connection part between the zipper and the bag body is not smooth.
2.the problem of partial delamination in the bag.
3.The binding part between 2 ends of the bag and and sealing always fold
4.Partial delamination also apeard in the connection part between the zipper and the bag body.

Solution:
after conducted a detailed comparison of the existing problem ,we can work out the reason of the above problem .
1.The heat shrinkage of the zipper is higher than the composite film .
2.the melting points is much higher than the sealing film .
3.Heat sealing rod of the zipper bag making machine is unreasonable ,ultrasonic heat sealing device would be a good choice .
4.Ink layer heat resistance is not good enough
5.the hardness of silicone rubber pad is not suitable.
